Digital Wallet & Payment Gateway Development

The platform was built to bring digital money management and payment collection into one coordinated ecosystem. Customers can add money, transfer funds, request payments, withdraw, pay merchants, and review their transaction history from a mobile wallet. Agents support cash-in and cash-out, extending access to customers who need to move between physical cash and wallet balances.
Merchants have a dedicated panel for collecting wallet payments, managing transactions and withdrawals, and integrating payment functionality into their own websites or applications. An administration panel controls e-money distribution, account approvals, transaction rules, fees, commissions, payment methods, and reporting. Together, these experiences provide a shared foundation for customer transactions, agent operations, and merchant payment acceptance across web and mobile.

Customers, agents, merchants, and administrators each get a dedicated experience, connected through shared wallet and transaction services.

Customers can add money, send and request funds, view balances, manage frequent transactions, pay merchants, and download statements.
Approved agents can manage their wallets, handle customer cash-in and cash-out, process relevant requests, and view their transactions and commissions.
Merchants can receive wallet payments, manage transaction records and withdrawals, and use API credentials to connect wallet checkout to their own digital storefronts.
Customer and merchant QR codes offer a convenient way to identify a wallet and initiate a payment without manually entering every payment detail.
Administrators can define transaction charges, agent commissions, withdrawal methods, bonuses, and per-transaction, daily, and monthly limits.
A digital wallet becomes harder to operate as it expands beyond simple transfers. Customers need different ways to fund, use, and withdraw balances; agents must handle cash transactions; merchants need reliable payment collection; and administrators need clear control over e-money, transaction limits, fees, approvals, disputes, and provider configurations. The central challenge was to connect these roles and money movement paths in one manageable platform, with a consistent record of transactions across mobile applications and web panels.
The product separates customer, agent, merchant, and administrative responsibilities while keeping wallets and transactions coordinated.
We developed a multi-role wallet platform supported by mobile applications, web panels, REST APIs, and configurable financial controls.
Each participant has a focused experience, while the administration layer coordinates money movement and operational rules.
A mobile wallet for registration, verification, add money, wallet transfers, payment requests, cash-out, withdrawals, merchant payments, QR scanning, and transaction history.
A dedicated experience for agent approvals, e-money activity, customer cash-in and cash-out, withdrawals, commission tracking, notifications, and account management.
A business workspace for receiving wallet payments, viewing transactions, managing settlement-related activity and withdrawals, and accessing public and secret API credentials.
The central panel controls users, e-money, charges, transaction rules, gateways, verification, reports, and system settings. The gateway connects merchant checkout to wallet authorization and payment confirmation.
The feature set covers customer money movement, agent cash services, merchant collection, platform monetization, and financial administration.
The engagement covered mobile wallet journeys, agent operations, merchant payments, backend services, gateway integration, administration, and deployment.
